CEA customers now enjoy a new and improved way to manage their energy with SDG&E’s upgraded platform, My Energy Center (formerly ‘My Account’). This enhanced experience offers a range of new features designed to make managing your bills and energy usage easier and more efficient:

  • Transparent Breakdown: Clear separation of SDG&E delivery charges, CEA energy usage charges and additional taxes and fees.

  • Energy Usage Analysis: Insights into gas and electricity consumption to help optimize energy efficiency.

  • Expanded Payment Options: Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

My Energy Center maintains all your current services, including the ability to schedule gas appliance checks, view account histories and manage data and bill payments, while retaining the security features and services of My Account. 

CEA customers can access their My Energy Center account using their existing My Account credentials as of August 4, 2024. The SDG&E app will automatically update to feature My Energy Center.
