The Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) Board of Directors sets CEA’s rates annually. By having local control over rate setting, CEA aims to provide long-term rate stability for residents and businesses. The Board’s primary goal each year is to offer rates that are competitive, if not lower, than San Diego Gas & Electric’s (SDG&E) rates.
