Board of Directors
The Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) Board of Directors is responsible for establishing CEA’s policies and objectives and overseeing program implementation and operation. The Board is composed of one council member from each member agency. Each member agency also appoints one council member to serve as an alternate to the assigned board member as necessary.
Community Advisory Committee
The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) was established to advise CEA’s Board of Directors, as directed. The CAC provides feedback on CEA programs and implementation, acts as a liaison between the board and the community and serves as a forum for community input.
The CAC consists of two appointees from each member agency and one board alternate. Appointees must be residents or business owners within the service area of CEA. Members serve staggered two-year terms with a two-term limit. In its inaugural year, one appointee from each member agency will serve a one-year term.
