Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) has officially launched in the City of Vista! As of April 1, CEA’s service began, providing residents and local businesses with clean energy choices at competitive rates. To commemorate the program’s launch, CEA will be participating in an event at the City of Vista’s upcoming City Council Meeting on April 9 from 3 - 5 p.m. at the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers (2nd floor) at 200 Civic Center Drive.

Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) officially launched service in the cities of Oceanside and Vista on April 1, 2024. CEA is a public, not-for-profit entity and an alternative to San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) for power generation. The program provides residents with clean energy choices at competitive rates.
