Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) has officially launched in the City of Vista! As of April 1, CEA’s service began, providing residents and local businesses with clean energy choices at competitive rates. To commemorate the program’s launch, CEA will be participating in an event at the City of Vista’s upcoming City Council Meeting on April 9 from 3 - 5 p.m. at the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers (2nd floor) at 200 Civic Center Drive.
